根据最新公告,这起涉及行业巨头的法律纠纷将于4月3日在广东省深圳市中级人民法院正式开庭审理。
此次纠纷涉及影石创新科技股份有限公司、深圳市大疆创新科技有限公司以及多名个人。
大疆方面正式向影石提起诉讼,案件的核心聚焦于6项关键专利的归属权。据了解,这在大疆的发展史上,还是首次在境内提起专利权属纠纷诉讼。
案件的争议点主要集中在多名前大疆核心研发人员身上。大疆在诉状中明确指出,涉案的专利技术主要涵盖了无人机飞行控制、结构设计以及影像处理等核心领域。大疆认为这些技术成果与相关人员在前东家的工作任务密切相关。
大疆主张,涉案专利均系相关前员工在离职后一年内作出的发明创造。根据相关法律逻辑,大疆认为这些发明应属于其在职期间任务的延伸或关联产物,因此所有权应归属于大疆。这一诉求直接触及了科技企业人才流动中的知识产权保护核心。
