一是继续实行预售期外学生预约购票常态化服务。在铁路12306完成实名注册和优惠资质核验且有剩余优惠乘车次数的在校学生,可直接在铁路12306客户端专区办理预约购票,在开车前第20天5时至第17天23时提报预约需求,同一账户最多可同时提交3个订单,每个订单可提交同一乘车日期的5个“车次+席别”的组合,可选席别为硬座、硬卧、二等座等。在校学生最多可为包含本人在内的19名学生旅客预约。提交的预约订单将在开车前第16天兑现,系统将兑现情况通过手机短信通知购票人,兑现成功后购票人须在当日23时前支付票款;逾期未支付的,订单自动取消。铁路12306学生预约购票专区已发售今年春运学生票371.5万张。
二是继续优先满足预售期内学生旅客购票需求。根据历史数据,铁路12306提前为学生旅客分配一定数量的专属票额,不限定长短途区间,完成实名注册和优惠资质核验且有剩余优惠乘车次数的学生旅客,在预售期15天内均可购买;同时优化候补购票机制,优先满足学生旅客的候补购票订单需求,切实保障学生旅客出行需求。
三是继续实行学生票优惠举措。学生旅客每学年(10月1日至次年9月30日)4次单程优惠票可随时使用,优惠区间可根据家庭实际居住地至学校所在地灵活调整设置,2026届高校毕业生还可享受新增的2次单程学生优惠票,本学年即可享受6次优惠购票次数,动车组列车学生优惠票适用范围扩大至二等座、一等座和卧铺各席别,按“执行票价7.5折且不低于公布票价4折”的方式计价,如执行票价低于公布票价的4折,学生旅客可以普通旅客身份按照实际执行票价购票;在校学生已通过优惠资质核验的,出行时铁路部门将不再查验学生证,学生旅客购票出行更加灵活方便,得到更多实惠。
四是动态增加学生旅客运力。针对节后学生旅客陆续返校,铁路部门主动对接各地高校,及时掌握学生开学返校时间,动态分析学生旅客出行规律,通过加开临客、动车组重联、加挂车厢等方式加强热门方向和高峰时段的运力投放,在学生客流集中的地区安排开行郑州东至南京南、莎车至石河子等多趟点对点学生专列,加强站车引导服务,助力学生旅客平安有序返校。2月2日至2月26日,全国铁路春运累计发送学生旅客655万人次,较去年春运同期增长5.2%。
